EXCLUSIVE: Blue blood Star Donnie Wahlberg has started two cop drama projects at CBS through CBS Studios. The network evolves Samaritan and harbor blue with writers Steven Kane (gloriol) and Chad Gomez Creasey (NCIS). Wahlberg serves as executive producer on both projects that grew out of his deal with CBS Studios.
Written by Kane with Tale of Kane and Creasey, in SamaritanAfter discovering a “bug” in an app that notifies her of crimes and emergencies before they happen, a young prostitute teams up with a grizzled detective to prevent the tragedies from ever happening.
Kane and Creasey are executive producers along with Lillah McCarthy and Jonathan Baruch and Rob Wolken of Rain Productions.
harbor blue was written and executive produced by Creasey. In it, a team of adrenaline junkies form the NYPD Harbor Unit tasked with securing and guarding the 576 miles of treacherous waterfront that surrounds all five boroughs to judge criminals on and off the water.

Creasey is currently co-executive producer at CBS. NCIS. He was executive producer on NCIS: New Orleans, which aired on CBS for seven seasons.
Kane helped create Paramount+s gloriol series and served as executive producer/showrunner for the first season. Prior to that, he was a co-creator, executive producer and showrunner at TNT The Last Ship.
