Season 2 of Netflix’s ONE PIECE will set sail in March and the poster reveals Luffy on Drum Island

Netflix officially announced it One piece Season two premieres March 10, and I’m excited to embark on the next big adventure with the Straw Hat Pirates.

Along with the release date, Netflix released a poster featuring Inaki GodoyLuffy takes on the icy peaks of Drum Island, a key location that longtime fans will know well.

Live action One piece The series follows Monkey D. Luffy and his crew of misfit pirates as they search the seas for the legendary treasure known as the One Piece, once hidden by the late Pirate King, Gold Roger.

The first season ended on a high note, with the crew celebrating their victory over Arlong and the rescue of the Conomi Islands. As they set sail again, a new bounty looms over Luffy’s head, signaling that even greater challenges await.

Season 2 will dive straight into the next chapters of the East Blue Saga, taking fans through Loguetown, Reverse Mountain (Twin Capes), Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and snow-capped Drum Island.

Fan-favorite reindeer doctor Tony Tony Chopper will finally make his live-action debut, which has been one of the most anticipated inclusions since the show’s inception.

Executive Producer Matt Owens also teased what’s to come, saying fans can expect Dr. Kureha to have a major role in the new season.

The returning cast includes Emily Rudd, Mackenyu, Jacob Romero Gibson, Taz Skylar, Morgan DavisAND Jeff Wardreprising their roles as Nami, Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, Koby and Buggy respectively.

The series comes from Eiichiro Oda and the second season is also expanding the world of One piece with an impressive line-up of new faces. Additions include Mikaela Hoover, Rigo Sanchez, Yonda Thomas, James Hiroyuki Liao, Sofia Anna Caruso, Marco Penwill, Anton David Jeftha, Charithra Chandran, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Katey Sagal, Marco Harelik, Daniel Lasker, Camrus Johnson, Jazzara Jaslyn, David Dastmalchian, Werner Coetser, Brendan Murray, Clive Russell, Callum Kerr, Giulia Rehwald, Rob Colletti, Ty Keogh, Joe ManganielloAND Lera Abova.

With One piece The first season proved to be a rare success story for anime to live-action adaptations, expectations are high for what comes next. Seeing the Straw Hats venture to Drum Island and beyond is sure to be an exciting chapter for fans.
