Actor Jean-Louis Faure, known for his talent as a dubbing, died this weekend: he gave his voice specifically to the characters played by Bryan Cranston in the French versions of “Malcolm” and “Breaking Bad.”

Many viewers may not have recognized his face, but his voice was clear. As announced on social networks by Donald Reignoux, actor Jean-Louis Faure passed away this weekend. “He brought a magic to Bryan Cranston’s voice that (very) few could do… I admired his work on Breaking Bad who would go on to become one of the greatest VFs… What about Malcolm… We’re going to miss you Jean-Louis Faure. Rest in peace“, he wrote on Twitter.

Jean-Louis Faure stood out for his skills as a stuntman, lending his voice to Bryan Cranston, particularly in the French versions of “Malcolm” and “Breaking Bad.” Beginning her career in theatre, she turned to dubbing for financial reasons, after she confided in Malcolm France in an interview posted on YouTube. Over the years, French audiences have been able to find his voice in other successful dramas, such as “Allied McBeal“, “doctor’s house“, “game of Thrones“, “Allied McBeal” Where “monks“.
