Netflix style Untold In the series, the November 18 sketch tells the story of a new tennis match between player Charna Lee Diamond and male opponent Ronnie Dunster (played by host Jason Momoa).
“Without Charna, there would be no Billie,” thought one sports journalist. “It just wouldn’t be the case.”
Once they appear in court, it doesn’t take long for something to go wrong. Ronnie serves the ball so that it goes straight through Charna’s stomach. Literally. Now she has a hole in her stomach. Adrenaline keeps her going and she demands that Ronnie serve the ball again.
He hesitates, but Charna insists. It’s for women! So he serves the ball again. Only this time she is beheaded.
“We should have seen it coming,” admits the sports journalist. “He weighed 300 pounds of muscle mass, and she was one of the shortest players at the time.”
Ronnie himself adds: “It was definitely the strangest tennis match I’ve ever played.”
Despite her gruesome demise, Charna paved the way for female players SNL. Her legacy even lives on in the Tennis Hall of Fame, where the dress she wore that day hangs with holes in it.
