Salomé spent the night with Gaëtan. As they carefully prepare to return to her room, they are disturbed in the early morning by Livio, who reminds her gym teacher that they must go jogging together. He finally enters the room and insists that Gaëtan, who pretends to feel bad, should not leave him and Amber. Hidden under the sheets, Salomé goes outside to send her package when Amber arrives in the room.
Axel and Jasmine are happy to be selected for the festival. Ethan accuses them of showing off, implying that his friend was hired by Teyssier simply because he was his niece. If she admits she’s upset about being on the floor, she claims her food is more technical than hers and points out some mistakes. To resolve this conflict, Ethan and Axel decide to remake and taste their desserts to give them an unbiased opinion.
Théo waited a week to restart his lunchbox game to appear neutral. But Jude is not deceived. She realizes that her dressing is more tricky than ever and tries to impress someone with her new dish. Theo confesses to her that he wants to know who his mysterious stranger is.
Ethan realizes that Axel’s dessert is successful and creative, while his nephew Teyssier admits that he is below technical level. Axel takes advantage of his uncle’s arrival to ask if he was chosen because of their relationship. Teyssier humiliates Ethan by saying he has no authenticity and is just a running robot. She adds that she doesn’t stand out and isn’t emotional while cooking.

Salomé asks Louis if things will go well with Charlène. Charlène confirms that she didn’t go because she was making fun of him. He returns the question about Thomas to Salomé, and Salomé answers in the negative. He then provokes her about his romance with Gaëtan by pointing out that he is just a bandaged man with nothing in common.
Constance challenges Ethan for failing the drug test again. She reminds him that this is the condition of his stay at the institute and that the frequency has already been lowered. She loses her temper by saying she’s had enough and Teyssier doesn’t care anyway.
Kelly and Jasmine ask Anaïs about her lunchbox. She says she didn’t get an answer she said, which is good for her because she didn’t want things to go wrong. She regrets replying to the Valentine’s note and doesn’t mind restarting the game if she gets a new gift.
Ethan complains to Axel that Teyssier doesn’t respect him, not because he’s Cardone’s son, but because he’s boring to cook. When Chef Armand points out that his fish accompaniment is not original, he loses his temper and rushes out of the kitchen.
Chief Listrac is in charge of the new main module. He offers students to work on a mock menu of an imaginary restaurant with a train of colors. Their job is to fix the organization to discover that they can start their careers in some other way than being a chef.
Axel finds Ethan in the garden. He feels bad, shaking and sweating. Axel asks what surprises him, Ethan admits he has lost his trust in her. His friend asks him about drugs and he denies going back to drugs. He gets angry, saying it’s hard to fight his addictions. Chef Cardone arrives and takes his ire as a reaction to not being selected for the flavor festival. He sends her for a walk.

Joining Deva in Double A, David finds the lunchbox under the bar. He reads the note and decides to eat the contents of the box, despite Deva’s objections. The latter finishes tasting and loves dessert. The couple decides to end everything. When Deva goes to put the box back after washing it, she is remotely surprised by Jude, who alerts Theo to the identity of the mysterious stranger. The young chef looks disappointed and unstable.
Antoine and Emmanuel called Ethan. They decide not to discipline him for Chief Armand’s class, but they question him about his drug use. Ethan defends himself, saying that the manager’s accusation reached him that morning. Emmanuel responds by stating that he did this to shake himself and that he found niyaq. He adds that he knows he has the strength to overcome it.
Ethan tells Axel and Solal about his interview with Antoine and Emmanuel. He is surprised at Teyssier’s words, who treats him well and gives the impression that he is important. When he goes to the infirmary to take his test, he overhears a conversation between his mother and Teyssier blaming him for distracting Ethan with his behavior. He packs it in by asking him not to play dad with Ethan because he doesn’t need him at the time, and that’s still not the case today.
