‘The Real Housewives Of Nairobi’: Check out the cast of the latest series in NBCUniversal’s reality franchise

EXCLUSIVE: Here’s a first look at it The Real Housewives of Nairobithe latest chapter in reality format from Universal International Studios.

Debuting on Showmax in Africa on February 23, with new episodes every Thursday, the series follows a new group of influential women living a lavish lifestyle in Kenya’s capital.

Shortly after the announcement The Real Housewives of Abujathe second Nigerian installment in the hit franchise for which Showmax has announced the cast The Real Housewives of Nairobi(RHONAirobi), premiered on Showmax on February 23, 2023, with new episodes every Thursday.

First announced in September 2022, The Real Housewives of Nairobi follows five influential and successful women through their lavish lifestyles, relationships and careers in Nairobi, Kenya.

And the housewives are luxury fragrance and skincare entrepreneur Susan Kaittany, media personality Vera Sidika, influencer and fashion collector Sonal Maherali. Actress Minne Kariuki and interior designer Lisa Christoffersen.

Denise Mwende, Showmax content specialist in East Africa, said: “Each of the ladies has a strong personality and a certain identity of her own. They are hardworking, rich, influential and shameless women who are not ashamed to live big and well because they deserve it. They are also a representation of the diverse communities we have in Kenya.”

The series was produced by Eugene Mbugua (formerly of Young Rich Television) at D&R Studios. It is based on the Real Housewives NBCUniversal Formats franchise, part of Universal International Studios.

The version joins other African adaptations such as RHO Johannesburg, Pretoria And Durban And Lagos, which was in the top 10 most watched programs of 2022 on Showmax in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa. A version set in Abuja, Nigeria will debut on Showmax on February 17, 2023.
