Australian holidaymakers can fly to a handful of exotic tourist hotspots for just a few hundred dollars as travel returns to normal after a chaotic few years.
Jetstar is offering flights from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne to destinations in Fiji, Hawaii, Vietnam and South Korea for less than $400 each way until 31 October.
The current offers are part of Jetstar’s commitment to offering routine sales to help consumers get back on good books after a difficult few years.
After years of border closures due to the Covid pandemic, constant flight delays and cancellations, and management dramas with Jetstar’s parent company Qantas that would dominate a Korean “K-drama” soap opera, Australians are hungry to travel.
“Qantas Group fully recognizes the importance of affordable travel and will continue to offer regular promotions and promotions,” a company spokesperson said.
Australians can fly to Hawaii from $305 (pictured) if they fly in January or February next year

Jetstar offers deals to a number of overseas locations, including Vietnam (pictured).
The cheap flight deals require ticket holders to travel within specific time frames, so a little planning is necessary for your next vacation.
Current deals include Sydney to Nadi Airport in Fiji from $259 (fly early to mid-March next year) and Sydney to Honolulu, Hawaii from $305 (fly mid-January to late February).
Sydneysiders can also fly to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam from $319, with a flight between late July and late August next year, or to Incheon Airport in Seoul, South Korea, from $362, with a flight from early July until mid-September.
Flights from Sydney to Seoul take less than a year, so there’s also the chance to get cheap business class seats while the route is new. Tickets start at $801 and are available between early July and mid-September.

For those looking to relax on a beach, it’s just $259 to fly to Fiji (pictured).

Flights from Sydney or Brisbane to Seoul (pictured) are also available, with a bargain for those willing to splurge on a business class seat
Brisbane residents will also be able to fly to Seoul from February 1 next year, thanks to a new partnership between the airline and Brisbane Airport.
Tickets cost $329 in economy class or $909 in business class and fly during the same period between early July and mid-September next year.
And Melbourne residents can also benefit from cheap flights to Ho Chi Minh City from $210 if flying between late July and late August, or to Honolulu from $305 if flying between mid-January and late February.
