An apartment in the building featured in Good Will Hunting has hit the market, but movie fans have to shell out $4,500 a month to live in the same building as Matt Damon’s character Will.

The three-story building has undergone a major renovation since it first appeared in 1997, which is good news for those looking to avoid the glitzy classic’s gritty Southie style.

A host of updated amenities can be found in the two-bedroom second floor, including a private patio, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with granite countertops.

While Damon co-stars Ben Affleck and Robin Williams may not have always enjoyed the South Boston property, the new tenants certainly will, having found themselves at the heart of movie history.

Although the Oscar favorite was looking worse for wear with signs of wear and tear, the property has undergone numerous renovations in recent years

A wine fridge, breakfast bar and separate dining area are also neatly distributed throughout the house.

And outside, tenants can enjoy a private patio with uninterrupted views of the Boston skyline.
