Aaron Pierre shares his passion for STAR WARS and what it means to join STAR WARS: STARFIGHTER

Aaron Pierreprotagonist of DC Studios Lanternsis also officially entering the Star Wars universe. The actor recently spoke about joining Shawn Levyit is highly anticipated Star Wars: Starfighterand this experience means a lot to him.

In a new interview with Esquire, Pierre shared how much this opportunity means, expressing pure excitement at becoming part of one of cinema’s most beloved franchises.

“Man, I’m ecstatic. I’m over the moon. There are truly no words to express how thrilled and energized and grateful I am. I’m so grateful to be a part of these beloved franchises and these beloved stories. As always, I’ll do my best to give everything I have every single day that I’m on set.”

Pierre also took a moment to praise Levy’s vision for the project and the passionate energy driving the production.

“All I can say is Shawn [Levy] it’s truly wonderful. He’s so passionate. He cares very much, as does everyone involved in this.

Speaking about the creative team’s shared goal, Pierre added that everyone works towards Starfighter is completely dedicated to creating something truly special.

“Everyone involved is committed to creating the best version of this film for fans, supporters and those who will be introduced to the world for the first time. We understand the magnitude of this, so we are very excited.”

The actor also recalled the first time he experienced it Star Wars as a child, remembering the moment he saw it The Phantom Menace with his uncle.

“It was really extraordinary, cinematic, immersive, thrilling and very emotional, especially when I was five.”

While Starfighter remains shrouded in mystery and Pierre’s role has not yet been revealed, production is currently underway in the UK and is expected to continue until the end of the year. It will be really interesting and cool to see how this story ends.
