The 37-year-old Duke of Sussex knelt down to warmly caress the sweet black Labrador, who happily sniffs his hand and face as the royal family smiles at the animal.
Harry, who has a black Labrador at home named Pula, seemed excited about the guide dog brought to the Netherlands with the Royal Dutch Guide Dog Foundation, which aims to provide information about guide animals at the event.
The dog, named Lasco, was one of three dogs brought to The Hague by the organization, and this morning Harry and the Ukrainian contestants joined them as they painted a park bench in the country’s national colors.

Founded in 1935, the Netherlands-based organization trains guide dogs for the visually impaired, physically disabled or those with mental illnesses such as PTSD.
The foundation donated their dogs to Invictus Games to provide information about their organization and to help athletes who could not bring their service animals to the event.
The organization is the oldest and largest in the Netherlands, and puppies often come from breeding programs to be trained over a period of three years to assist their owners.
Share a video of the puppies with them at the Instagram account event, the nonprofit wrote: ‘We’re here this week to get our dogs to attendees who need them.
