Have you ever wondered why some people work 24 hours, get extra hours and part-time jobs but still live in poverty, while others work only a few hours a day and don’t need any money? Look at the people around you, most of them live modestly, even if they make good money objectively. And if you’re familiar with the situation where money slips through your fingers, it’s time to completely change your thinking.
We talked to coach Marina Mart, who thinks about why the money saved for a good life is not enough and how to earn more without increasing the burden.

The secret is in the mind
What is the difference between poor and rich? The first thinks about the past, the second thinks about the future. Poor people believe that the best of everything is behind them – childhood, youth, when they do not have to think about anything, when there is so much energy, vacation, when they are at sea for two weeks. Now – just hard work and no joy in life. The rich know that only the best lie before them. Every day they grow, become more educated and successful. They are confident that in a year they will live much richer than they do now, and they have ideas on how to implement these plans.
The poor fear making mistakes, the rich take risks. Most people follow the standard route: school – university – work in one place until retirement. Even if they don’t like their chosen specialty or even the company more, they will never change that. Because how? “I studied for five years, my family paid, and overall this job is stability, a social package and a future pension.”

The rich are not afraid to change their profession, job, company or city of residence. They know that they will find a way out of any situation – their own comfort and self-realization are more expensive for them than the environments of society. They will search for themselves until they find something that gives them pleasure and brings a lot of money.
While the poor fear success and a life of luxury, the rich strive for it. Imagine the most expensive restaurant in your city. Delicious food, live music, great service. The poor will feel uncomfortable in such an environment and will want to leave as soon as possible. The wealthy will now feel in their own place, even if they only have money for salad and tea. Therefore, the rich meet with future investors and partners literally on the street, attracting success and feeling comfortable surrounded by wealth.
The poor save, the rich win. First, he considers how much less they should spend next month to take a few thousand vacations once a year, save on essentials, and harm themselves. Go to a restaurant – no, it’s expensive. Go to the park on the weekend – we will not waste gas. Just going grocery shopping and buying everything at once? No, we will go through all the stores to get the products at a discount and as cheaply as possible.
Resources that the poor spend thinking about how to save are used by the rich to figure out how to make more money. So much so that it is enough for the standard of living they desire. The poor think that wages are proportional to work, the rich know the Pareto principle: 20% of labor brings 80% of income. That’s why the rich make little and get more. They do things to generate income and delegate current and routine work.
The poor fear that if they think about raising their standard of living, they will have to work hard. “If I work hard for 50k now, do I have to double it to get 100?” – that’s why the poor think, and that’s why they don’t grow.
This is not about cutting edge technology right now. A person can be considered a poor person with millions of accounts – the main thing is how he handles and manages money.
What should you do to change your mindset and become rich?

The first thing to start with is to find negative attitudes about money. They have the following form.
Being rich is bad
Money can’t buy happiness
The main thing is to be healthy and meet your man
all rich are bad
It takes a plow 24/7 to earn a lot
Don’t be too honest
There are a lot of them – see for yourself. Imagine the money and how you would feel if there was a lot of it. Then you have to write these settings on a piece of paper (this needs to be done, don’t leave it in your head). Write as much as possible, this is very important for further work with thinking.
Now the most important thing. Every negative attitude should be replaced with a positive one and it is imperative to find an example that confirms it. For example: happiness is not in money – happiness is that I can choose the best even in small things. A wealthy person can buy the best products, take a taxi and rest whenever he wants. And so it should be done with every installation.
Yes, there is a lot of work to be done – people have many wrong attitudes from childhood. But when you change your mind, you can afford anything you want that you couldn’t buy before.
