Many women worry about getting old, especially when it comes to their love life.

However, author Kathy Lette, 63, spoke to reassure others that she isn’t “losing herself” with age, as she says her love life is thriving.

And he said these young people liked them because they thought they were really hot.

write for Fabulousshe said: “Women my age are often dismissed as witches, witches and old purses. But after menopause, we are actually at our sexual peak.”

“Recently widowed or recently divorced, many women my age have had younger lovers and are rarely straight.

“After two friendly divorces, I am now happily settled with a man eight years younger than me.”

Kathy said women in their 60s are often self-confident and wilder because they can “get involved for the first time in their life.”

He added: “The opposite is true for men. As men age, their testosterone decreases and estrogen goes up. So, once they retire, they often want to stay home and ‘nest’.

“If a woman is healthy in middle age, she will probably live to be 96, which means there are still a lot of sexual adventures to be had.”

Kathy also said that women her age love sex because they are “loose” and don’t care what people think.

They also do not “feel the need to tear off all body hair” because they are often “uninhibited”.

She added, “After going bra-less on public transportation to relieve a hot flash, what might embarrass you again? It’s time for older women to have the same sexual freedom as older men, without judgment or stigma.
