An influencer was applauded for her latest Instagram post on fake filters.

Josephine, from Copenhagen, Denmark, has 152,000 followers on the social media platform.

As she uses her page to push body positivity, she also reminds fans how fake it can be online.

Now, in a recent post, the 23-year-old certified life coach has shared two snapshots, a “fake versus real” version of herself.

Its long caption read, “I want to be honest with you, doing these post filters isn’t always easy for me.

“Most of the time it is, but then I see an image like this where I like the leaked version much better than the real one.

“It makes me hyper aware of how ‘I should be’ versus how I actually look.”

He went on to say that the “ideal” is not even real and that the “perfect image content” is often false.

Josephine added: “And if it’s not fake, it’s probably still, in some ways, a highlight.

“So when I have a photo like this where I like it filtered more than natural, I remember WHY I feel that way.

“Which actually makes a lot of sense. I’ve always been told that the filtered version was better than the natural version. “

Now, Josephine no longer wants to punish herself, so she chooses her true personality.

He wrote: “I don’t have to like it. I like it often, but not always and that’s okay! I don’t need to love myself to be kind to me ”.

“And that’s how I can be vulnerable and unfiltered that way.

“I just know that it’s not always easy for me too. So it’s okay if it’s not easy for you too. “

“Now we can choose to believe that WE ARE enough. Because we are. We always have been and always will be “.

Fans were quick to comment on the post, with one writing “Nice words” and a second saying “I love it.”
