A mom shared the touching moment when she “promised” her children that she would be healthy again and is now amazed by her transformation into weight loss.

The 21-year-old American told her two children about 10 months ago that she would change her habits and work on her physical health.

Jill then got stuck in the gym and did some fat burning exercises that really made her sweat.
