We don’t know about you, but we’re already planning a trip to the cinema. After all, on January 30, Oscar-winning director Michel Hazanavicius’ new cartoon “The Most Valuable Cargo” will be released in Russia. In the dubbed version of the animated project, the narrator will be Alexander Petrov.

It is noteworthy that the premiere of “The Most Valuable Cargo” will take place at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024. This is a rare display of cartoons in the exhibition: The last time this happened was 16 years ago.

The plot revolves around a forester’s wife finding a little girl in a snowdrift, thrown out of the window of a “death train” bound for Auschwitz. She decides to keep the baby for herself, but her husband is against it. As a result, the man allows himself to be separated from the child for a short time, but over time the woman becomes attached to him. When the villagers learn about the couple’s unexpected baby, they want to get rid of it because they are sure it will bring trouble.
By the way, we have previously talked about the highest-grossing cartoons of recent years. These included “Moana 2”, “Frozen 2”, “Inside Out 2” and others.
