Diane Keaton became famous for her role as Annie Hall in Woody Allen’s film of the same name, which earned her an Oscar and made her an icon of an entire era. Her eccentric character, with her unique men’s vests and ties, set a new standard for female individuality in 70s cinema and fashion. Prior to this, Keaton was known to audiences for her roles as Kay Adams, wife of Michael Corleone (Al Pacino), in Francis Ford Coppola’s The Godfather and The Godfather Part II.

After the success of Annie Hall, Keaton proved that she could take on more than romantic roles. He excelled in such dramatic projects as “Looking for Mr. Goodbar,” “Interiors” and “Reds,” for which he received a second Oscar nomination. Later, the actor conquered the comedy genre, starring alongside Jack Nicholson in the films “Father of the Bride”, “The First Wives Club” and “Love with or without Rules”.

Outside of his acting career, Keaton was also active in directing, photography and writing. He has shot many films and videos, published his best-selling memoirs, and participated in preserving the architectural heritage of Los Angeles. His versatile talent and charisma made him much more than just an actor, but also a cultural icon that has remained relevant for decades.

Keaton’s personal life has always been interesting, but he preferred to talk about creativity rather than novels. The actress had relationships with Woody Allen, Warren Beatty and Al Pacino but never married. In recent years, Keaton has been making art in seclusion and occasionally appearing in small film projects.
