Skipping meals. The condition of our body directly depends on a clear routine and regular meals. So when you forget to eat, skip a meal, or refuse to eat, signals are sent to your nervous system that something is wrong and needs to be fixed.

We constantly watch the news. We are sure that you have noticed many times that, having immersed yourself in the information space, the feeling of being crushed by a roller is inevitable. This happens due to oversaturation of the brain with information (both good and not so good).

Take a break from the task on social networks. Contrary to popular opinion. If it takes too long to switch from a task you don’t enjoy or scrolling through your social media feed, it will have the opposite effect, making you feel like you’re not doing anything.
