Of course you are familiar with meditation, yoga, but there is another practice that we haven’t mentioned yet. In this material, you will learn how to get rid of anxiety with the help of a special breathing technique called rebirth.


What is it?

Rebirth is a special practice of breathing that allows you to be reborn, as if. The name of the phenomenon is translated from English as “rebirth”. This is not magic or witchcraft, but a state of trance that you enter on your own.

Psychotechnics emerged in the early 1970s and its author was Leonardo Orr, a researcher from the United States. He noticed that in stressful situations, a person breathes repetitively, but then it also helps to calm down. In addition, the researcher argued that every human being has a birth trauma as soon as they come to this world and offered to get rid of this trauma through rebirth.

From his research, Orr concluded that special breathing dramatizes the moment a person is born and helps them overcome the fear they instinctively feel. It also removes all psychological barriers and problems.


What do you need to practice rebirth?

1. First of all, you need to set a goal. Why do you want to master this technique, what specific problem is it aimed at solving with its help?

2. Then it is important to relax completely, as during meditation. Rebirth requires total immersion in the process without being distracted by extraneous thoughts.

3. It is also important to trust the application. If you have doubts about what is going on, you will not get the right result and you will just waste your time.

4. Conscious breathing. As vague as it may sound, it is important to breathe with meaning by creating a flow of energy. Let’s move on to the language of simple technique: during practice you need to inhale hard and exhale comfortably.

5. Exit trance correctly. At the beginning of the practice, you set yourself a goal of getting better from something. It’s important to really “let go” of these problems, obstacles and concerns at the end of the process. In other words, to be reborn.


How should you breathe?

Rebirth is not as simple as it seems and therefore includes: 4 types breath

First: deep and slow.

Second: deep and fast.

Third: superficial and fast.

Fourth: superficial and slow.

In the application process, you use each of them. The first helps to relax, the second activates emotions and finds pain points, the third removes obstacles, and the fourth gently brings you out of a state of unconsciousness.

However, you fall into a trance that can have an unpredictable (and dangerous) effect on the psyche.
