Chief profile: Vladimir Chistyakov

I agree, it’s not fair for everyone to know about good restaurants, but few know about the chefs who cook there and create the menu. As The Fashion Vibes, we decided to remedy this situation and created the “Chief Survey” section, where we will introduce you to the main chefs not only in Moscow, but throughout Russia.

In first place is Vladimir Chistyakov, the capital’s most stylish chef. You may have seen it at Grace Bistro, Folk and Buro. All. And also in our special project “Monday Lovers Club”. Now the chef is preparing to open his new project, Rouge. And we decided this was a great opportunity to get to know him better.

A trainee in the kitchen was tasked with making meatballs. Plugged it in, froze it and accidentally dropped it all. He asked my sushefim with horror on his face: “What to do?!” He replied: “What? Get them out sooner.” The intern threw them in the sink and started washing them. It was a joke of course, but it was both ridiculous and funny.
