Rita Ora debuts an emerald wedding band for the first time after secretly marrying Taika Waititi

Rita was quick to show off her new square engagement ring which featured a huge emerald green diamond at its center while a halo of gold and diamonds surrounded it. The gold band was super thin and also covered in diamonds, while the second ring on top was just a thin gold band with diamonds.

Rita showed the ring to Jimmy and the camera as she admitted, “I’ve never actually shown my ring to anyone. It’s my first time showing him my ring, so since I love you and feel like you’re part of our weird relationship because we look at you every night, here it is. Jimmy immediately said, “Ooh la la, that’s beautiful!” before Rita reveals that she “could have” helped her new husband get his black eye out.

Rita revealed, “You know, when you know what you want and I felt like I really knew I wanted to be with that person, I just wanted them to feel really good. She then could have taken it to the store and pointed out exactly which ring she wanted.

Rita looked gorgeous on the show when she wore a shimmering silver sequin ensemble with a long sleeved turtleneck top and matching high waisted super short mini skirt. Glam-wise, she had her long brown hair loose in tight curls, while the front of hers was slicked back and parted down the middle. She accented her new ring with a long brown polish manicure.

Rita performed her new single, “You Only Love Me,” on the show and talked about how her new married life has inspired her to write music. “I feel like the journey I’ve been on to get to this point and in the last couple of years my life has changed dramatically,” Rita said. “Making the decision to spend the rest of your life with someone is a big decision and she made me write again. I was truly inspired by love. This is what I wrote all my feelings about and it’s nice to capture the moment, so I feel like this is more than just music, it’s a moment of life for me.”

Rita and Taika started spreading dating rumors around April 2021 and finally made their first red carpet appearance as a couple in August of that year. As for the couple’s wedding, Rita revealed that it was very discreet: “It was just beautiful and perfect. Completely as I wanted, just for me sometimes. Then she went on to say, “It was really sweet.
