Two Argentina fans who made headlines worldwide for going topless to celebrate their World Cup victory in Qatar have revealed they had artists paint their breasts especially for the occasion.
The two ecstatic women, known only as noe.dreams1 and Milubarbiie on their Instagram accounts, were filmed wearing their tops amid wild celebrations in the stands after Gonzalo Montiel scored his decisive penalty to defeat France on Sunday.
The couple, who now call themselves “The Topless Girls”, ran the risk of breaking strict rules in Qatar, where women are banned from wearing revealing or tight clothing.
But their antics were ignored or completely overlooked by officials and both have since posted pictures showing themselves in the country after the final. Noe, from the Argentinian city of Quilmes, even posted a selfie of herself on the plane home, claiming to have enjoyed “the trip of a lifetime”.
She previously shared pictures of men smearing blue and white paint on their chests in a hotel room before the final – and more clips of her and Milubarbiie jumping around with their tops open with other cheering fans.

The two festival-goers pose for selfies in their hotel room, with blue and white paint covering their exposed breasts.
Other videos of the proud fans show them partying with men in the crowd after the game and dancing until the early hours at a nightclub.
Noe’s Instagram account is full of similar quick vacation photos.
Today, she posted a video of herself looking happy on a plane and giving a thumbs up with the caption: “Walk the ship once before they pick me up at 1pm.”
In another message she wrote: “And I dedicate this flag to you, my friends, my family and all the people of Quilmes and the southern zone who always support me with messages and such beautiful words for their pride and good wishes to express, I know you do it from the bottom of your heart! My whole life takes place in QUILMES…
“I am proud to have been born in the beer town… From Ezpeleta-Quilmes to the world”.
In a third post commenting on the World Cup, she wrote: “Had the best trip of my life”.
Before the tournament, fans were warned to respect Qatar’s strict, conservative ways.
The Qatar Tourism Authority said: “Visitors (both men and women) are expected to show respect for local culture by avoiding wearing overly revealing clothing in public.

“It is generally recommended for both men and women to ensure that their shoulders and knees are covered.”
In conservative Qatar, women are not allowed to wear revealing outfits such as tight clothing and are not allowed to show cleavage.

Non-Qatari women are not required to wear an abaya – a long, black robe that covers the figure almost from head to toe.
But tourists should make sure that tops cover their waist and shoulders, while skirts, dresses and pants should cover their knees.

The often glamorous WAGs have been advised to wear scarves around their necks to cover their breasts.
Commenting on Noe’s footage, a fan said on social media: “I saw her, very brave! she’ll be arrested there if she’s not careful…”
Another user said: “I’ll post my breasts later to celebrate Messi and Argentina’s World Cup.”
Dubbed the World Cup’s “sexiest fan”, Croatian model Ivana Knoll, 26, defied the Muslim nation’s draconian dress code by donning a range of daring outfits, including swimwear, insisting she is not afraid of arrest not.
