What foods to avoid at Christmas while pregnant?

The holiday season and its culinary orgies are coming very soon. But if you’re pregnant, there are some foods you should avoid.

Whether you are 6 weeks or 8 months pregnant, there are certain products you should avoid consuming until the abusive uterus has cleared itself. Yes, it can be frustrating, especially when all the holiday foods keep you craving it, but it’s not forever, just this Christmas.

What other foods to avoid during pregnancy holidays?

For other foods, avoid:
