Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally decided to divorce after almost two years of civil war since their separation. Now the couple has reached an agreement on custody of their children, upbringing plans and division of property.
According to TMZ, Kardashian will receive $200,000 per month in child support. This amount will be credited to Kim’s account on the first day of each month. Former spouses will also share joint custody and have “equal access” to their children North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
However, insiders told TMZ that for the most part, Kim will get custody of the children. And under the terms of the agreement, Kanye will be responsible for 50 percent of the educational costs and safety of the four children.
According to the publication, West and Kardashian agreed to use mediation services if they disagreed over raising children. If one of the parents is not present at the meeting, the parent present takes the decision on the issue raised.
As part of the divorce proceedings, West agreed to give Kardashian ownership of a $4.5 million (270 million rubles) house near her Southern California home. Kim will also hold the rights to the $60 million property in Hidden Hills, where she lives with her children, and real estate in Idaho.
Under the deal, West will retain ownership of the $60 million Malibu home, several farms he owns in Wyoming, 300 acres of land in Calabasas, a house in Belgium and a house in Chicago.
