Restaurant Modus is 16 years old! And he decided that one day’s celebration was not enough. That’s why two events are planned this week in honor of the birthday boy’s coming of age.
On 17 November there will be a gastronomic dinner and tuna show with friendly chefs Modus Friends. Chef Modus Andrey Zhdanov awaits guest chefs – Pavel Belyaev, Fyodor Verin (CDL, Michelin guide) and Victor Beley (Michelin guide). As you can imagine, most of the dishes at this Four Chefs Dinner will be freshly cut tuna.
On November 18, DJs will play in the restaurant, there will be a big concert from Polina Gagarina, and at the end of the holiday all guests will receive a birthday cake.
