More and more details are coming to light about the filming of the fourth season of “White Lotus.” According to Variety, viewers can look forward to seeing Jennifer Coolidge among their favorite actors, and filming will take place in five-star hotels in Paris and the Cote d’Azur.
Characters such as Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge), Greg (Jon Grice) and Belinda (Natasha Rothwell) will return in the new season. And although HBO has yet to officially confirm that the fourth season of “The White Lotus” will film in France, the publication has learned that the popular anthology will indeed be filmed in the country. The film will mainly take place in the south of France, with a secondary story set in Paris. No hotel reservations have been made yet for the shooting of the new season, which is still in the development phase. Additionally, the Four Seasons hotel chain will no longer provide its buildings after the partnership ends.
Shooting is being planned for the five-star Ritz Paris hotel, which opened its doors in 1898 and became a favorite meeting place of celebrities such as Coco Chanel, Francis Scott Fitzgerald and Marcel Proust. Le Lutetia, the legendary five-star hotel on the left bank of the Seine River, is also likely to be involved in the project. It was built in 1910 and became the second home of many historical figures such as Charlie Chaplin, Ernest Hemingway, Pablo Picasso and Josephine Baker.
Let’s remember that the first season was shot in Hawaii, then in Sicily, and in the third season, the characters meet in Thailand.
