In an interview with The Sunday Times magazine Style, Nicola Peltz shared a funny story about her role in Brooklyn Beckham’s movie. The Lola James writer-director actress revealed that Brooklyn begged her for a small role in an independent drama, but something went wrong.

Nicola said: “I did a movie that I wrote last year when I was 23. Brooklyn is still in love with me, ‘Can I be in your movie?’ – and I said: “Oh my God, it would be an honor for me, but we have to hide you.” It seems that he is covered with tattoos and is British. So he played a few background roles, if you pay attention you can find me, but in one scene “Can I turn on the microphone? , want to say a line?” he asked.
Things didn’t go according to plan and Nicola explained why: “And I started laughing a lot. He had the strongest British accent in the world. I finally cut it! He was sitting in the cutting room and said, “Did you really cut me even though I’m sitting right here?” said. “Yes, I love you so much!” I said.
While Brooklyn didn’t get the role with words, Nicola confirmed that she will still appear as an extra in one of the scenes.

The upcoming movie Lola James is set in 2002 and tells the story of 19-year-old Lola as she tries to save up money to get her brother Arlo out of their toxic home.
