Is pouring beer on your hair before washing is a crazy idea? Not much !

If we knew the positive effects of beer on the density and quality of hair, we would never have imagined that a trick aimed at rinsing them directly with the drink could work. It’s still…

Beer has incredible properties on the hair fiber. Containing biotin (also called vitamin B8), has the power to do so tighten the scales but also give shine and elasticity to the hair. And if you’re very good at taking dietary supplements (powder or tablet), spraying beer on your hair before shampooing is a much less common method. Nevertheless, it is very effective in obtaining immediate effects on the hair.

In any case, this is what we saw when viewing the TikTok of Rose Friederikebeauty influencer with 4.1 million subscribers.

The method in brief

Before each shampoo, instead of applying a classic treatment based on moisturizing active ingredients, she prefers Rose smeared all over her hair, the contents of a 1 liter bottle of beer. Once completely soaked, leave the drink on for 10-15 minutes maximum, tying your hair with clips. When the time is up, this is where shampooing comes in.

But be careful, there is no need to use a particular product, your usual formula (which suits your needs) does the trick. Then just rinse and dry the hair to find that the scales of the latter have closed perfectly which gives shine and flexibility to the lengths.

Why is it good?

If you use beer with care pre-shampoo it may seem like an extravagant idea, it actually represents an excellent alternative to skin care sometimes rich in irritating sulphates, silicones and so on, that come to satisfy an immediate need, but in the long term are not good for the hair fiber and scalp.

Rich in biotin, a vitamin found in the form of a dietary supplement, even the can of beer give up a daily dose that can promote hair growth (which may not appeal to everyone).

In short, if TikTok is not always the reference point for good ideas of beauty, that of Rose Friederike is unanimous.
