In September, Gigi Hadid launched the first collection of her clothing line, Guest in Residence. The model spoke to reporters and talked about what it was like to be the founder of the brand.
“I always have fraudulent syndrome,” the model told Vogue fashion editor Gabriella Carefa-Johnson at an event for Forces of Fashion magazine.
“I thought it wasn’t necessarily obvious, but I expected me to come up with something more geared towards fast fashion,” the runway star said. “I felt this was the right material for me and my style that I could use in so many different ways,” the model said.
Meanwhile, this spring, Weekend Max Mara and Gabriella Carefa-Johnson created a joint spring-summer 2022 collection called Family Affair. A number of shots for the campaign were taken by Gigi Hadid, who served as photographer.
And recently, Gigi supported Gabriella in a shootout with Kanye West.
