On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared partial mobilization in the country. Citizens in reserve, serving in the ranks of the armed forces and holding certain military registration specialties are subject to conscription for service in the NVO region.

Some mobilized men were already sent for special military training. Many people today are dealing with partial mobilization issues. For this reason, it is important for citizens to know which communication methods will be offered to those who are mobilized after they are sent to service. In particular, soldiers can take their mobile phones with them to the military unit.

The portal “Explain.rf” answered this question. It is reported that the use of smartphones on the territory of the military unit is prohibited. However, it is permissible to use a simple “button” phone, which will be stored in a special place and given to a soldier at a certain time. Photo and video shooting is also prohibited.
