Patent leather coats and biker jackets in all possible variations: leather has no longer lost its place for many seasons. And at the same time, trousers made of this material are popular this fall, alongside the total leather look that Bella Hadid, Nicola Peltz and Jared Leto have already voted for as outfits. For example, Chloe designers relied on voluminous leather options with lace-ups on the sides, and Celine fashion designers relied on brutal tight-fitting positions.
Mathieu Blazy for Bottega Veneta was especially distinguished: at the show of the spring-summer 2023 collection, Kate Moss appeared on the podium in a so-called denim combination, which turned out to be actually leather. To create a “deceptive” plaid shirt for the model, the designer had to apply up to 12 layers of pressure to the fabric.
Don’t sleep in the star arena either. The other day, stylist Zendaya Law Roach posted photos of the ward from Ferragamo in an ombre-effect patent leather combination – needless to say, the pictures instantly scattered all over the Web. And, of course, without the involvement of Julia Fox and Kim Kardashian: the first in mid-September tried a trendy biker look with tight (and specially buttonless) trousers, and the second opted for a slightly belted rocker version later.
And by the way, leather pants can be safely used only in a brutal role – with the help of a comfortable sweater or cardigan, the degree of rocker is greatly reduced.
