Bryce Dallas Howard has quietly become one of the most important creative voices in Star Wars. After directing two episodes of Ahsoka Season 2, Howard Now holds the record for maximum live-action Star Wars direct episodes by any director, even overcoming George Lucas himself.
Howard has directed seven episodes through The Mandalorian, Boba Fett’s book, Skeleton crewand now Ahsoka. They are three more than the creator of the franchise and is not ready to stop soon.
“I love it like this, so much. I wanted to stay on this path that I can be in that world, grow, learn and challenge myself.
“But also, it is not just about me. It concerns the vehicle. For me, I let go of the desire or desire for something specific in terms of results, such as film, animation, streaming. Whatever it is, if I can be of service to Lucasfilm, I will do it.”
