For J. Lo’s wedding style, the hairdresser chose neat, but at the same time lush curls with pulled strands. According to Chris, careful preparation is required to achieve the same volume. To start, she uses a texturizing spray – her master sprays it on her hair, then begins styling it with a hairdryer. “When you dry the product on your hair, you get a really great result,” she explains.
After drying with a hair dryer, Chris sprays the strands with a spray and then winds them on curlers. They need to be kept on the hair for 20 minutes to achieve the much desired volume. But that’s not all. “Spray hairspray and shine spray onto a bristle comb instead of applying the product directly to your hair,” says Chris. According to him, so the strands will both shine and wait until morning. After that, Chris recommends combing the curls until you get a soft, smooth wave.
