New features include double limit (1,000 channels, 20 folders, 10 pinned chats, 20 public links, 4 accounts), file uploads and unlimited storage up to 4GB instead of 2GB, accelerated downloads with no speed limits, voice recognition (instant transcription incoming voice messages), disabling ads on public channels, unique additional reactions, special stickers, chat management, a subscriber icon (everyone will be aware of your contribution to Telegram), active video avatars, as well as special icons application on the phone’s home screen.

Premium costs 449 rubles per month, available (for now) only for iOS users. You can subscribe both through the App Store, by paying from your Apple ID account, and through the official Premium Bot – when buying in this way, the price will be 379 rubles per month.
