According to Bloomberg’s report, American Keith Johnson sued Elon Musk and his companies SpaceX and Tesla, believing that he was deceived by the “Dogecoin financial pyramid”, in his opinion, the defendants are “blackmailing” to inflate the price of this cryptocurrency. .

“Defendants falsely and deceptively claim that Dogecoin is a legitimate investment even though it has no value,” Johnson said in a complaint filed with federal court in Manhattan.

The plaintiff is seeking $86 billion in damages, a tripling of $172 billion, and a document that would prohibit Musk and his companies from promoting Dogecoin and declaring their trade a gamble. Johnson plans to represent those who lost money due to Dogecoin trading from April 2019.
