According to the New York Post, a new study showed that our favorite diet shares, as well as sweeteners, other products may adversely affect cognitive health.

The Brazilian study published in the journal of Neurology showed that cognitive abilities and memory of the participants who use the highest number of artificial sweeteners observe a “significant faster decrease”.
The researchers focused on the consumption of seven artificial sweeteners in soda, energy drinks, flavored water, yogurt and low calorie desserts.
It was found that a group with the highest consumption level of the brain was approximately 1.6 years faster and their functions decreased by 62 % faster. Based on these results, researchers suggest that artificial sweeteners consumption as much as possible and ideally abandoned.
Meanwhile, the nutritionist previously called for products that helped fight stress signs.
Recording the daily use of the diet soda may accelerate the aging of the brain for the first time.
