Prime Video has finally released the first teaser trailer for Invincible Season 4, which gives us our first look at what’s next for Mark Grayson and confirms that the acclaimed animated series will officially return in March 2026.
Based on the comic created by Robert Kirkmann, Cory WalkerAND Ryan Ottley, Invincible has built a huge following since it debuted in 2021. The show’s second season was split into two halves, premiering in 2023 and 2024, while season 3 arrived on Prime Video in 2025. Now, fans can expect even more brutal superhero action and thrilling storytelling as season 4 approaches.
Steven Yeun returns to voice Mark Grayson, with Gillian Jacobs returns as Samantha Wilkins, aka Atom Eve. They are joined by a cast that includes JK Simmons like Omni-Man, Sandra Oh as Debbie Grayson, Zazie Beetz as Amber Bennett, Andrew Rannells as William Clockwell, Walton Goggins as Cecil Stedman, Chris Diamantopoulos as Donald Ferguson, Eric Bauza as District Attorney Sinclair, Ross Marquand in the role of the Immortal, Ben Schwartz in the role of the Shapeshifter, Jason Mantzoukas as Rex Sploade e Malaysian Joe like Dupli-Kate, among others.
The big new addition to the cast is Lee Pacewho joins Invincible as Thragg, described as: “One of comics’ most enduring and imposing villains, Thragg leads the Viltrum Empire as Grand Regent.
“Trained from birth for this role, Thragg rules his people with strength, cruelty, and will, determined to restore Viltrum to its former glory at any cost.”
Pace, known for playing Ronan the Accuser in the MCU and Thranduil in The Hobbit films, brings some serious villain energy to the table.
As for what’s ahead in Season 4, Prime Video has released an official synopsis that teases big changes for Mark:
“As the world recovers from catastrophe, a changed Mark fights to protect his home and the people he loves, putting him on a collision course with a threat that could alter the fate of humanity forever.”
Fans can expect the series to delve into Mark’s evolution as a hero as he explores the larger cosmic threats facing Earth.
With its wild blend of graphic violence, heartfelt storytelling and biting humor, Invincible remains one of the most compelling animated superhero shows on TV.
