The causes of such dynamics are not directly stated, but researchers argue that the error of everything is the growth of popularity of social networks and the change of reading according to other types of entertainment. In addition, instead of fiction, practical books are increasingly choosing – for example, self -development or finance.

Interestingly, women are more frequently read among people with higher income and education levels, as well as more participants. So, the higher the situation, the higher the interest in reading. However, even in these groups, there is a decrease.

Separately, scientists showed a worrying tendency – parents are increasingly reading with children. Only 2 percent of the participants with a child under 9 years of age are regularly taken with it. However, according to experts, common reading helps develop a vocabulary and develops emotional theme in the family.

In the meantime, they are now discussing the wax therapy with the help of books. As an instrument to restore emotional health, Bibliya received a new wave of popularity in the summer of 2025. Therefore, books are very useful.
