In Dubai, a new world bar was established for the design of the restaurant – and Russian architects and restaurants did this.
Platinum Dubai Mint Restaurant, opened in the city walking area, was in the Guinness Registration Book for the world’s largest 3D printing design. The area is approximately 100 m² and the main façade height reaches 8.6 meters.

Structural elements are printed using FDM printers and similar to the sandstone in the tissue. A total of 158 3D printer was used even according to innovative installation standards.
In addition to the unusual architecture, the “mint” was based on the stability: Hydropone farm is produced in interior spaces, fresh mint and herbs for kitchens and cocktails, and their own hydrolites and fats are produced in the laboratory in the restaurant. Among the main positions of the menu – vagu, such as potato cream and branded cocktails on local herbs, such as Burrata and Truffle.
