Sylvester Stallone described his questionable attempt to break up with future wife Jennifer Flavin in a letter. This happened in 1994, after which he sent a message via courier. He shared this on Fox Nation.

78-year-old Stallone and his wife, 56-year-old Jennifer Flavin, visited the television channel to give a candid interview. During the conversation, the “Rocky” star confirmed that he had indeed sent his future wife a breakup letter after six years of relationship.
“This is the most disingenuous separation imaginable. “You express it through text because you don’t have the courage to do it face to face,” he admitted, calling himself a “coward” for not expressing his feelings out loud.

“He sent me a six-page letter written in pencil. It was pretty ordinary. You can’t just “write off” someone in a letter after a six-year relationship. I wasn’t going to beg him to come back to me or anything like that. “I just wanted to talk,” Jennifer said.
When Flavin first received the letter, he did not know the reason for the separation, but over time he learned that the reason was Stallone’s relationship with supermodel Janice Dickinson. However, the couple met again the following year and they married in 1997.
Recently, Stallone showed a rare photo on the beach with his wife. Archive footage can be viewed here.
