The Oscar-winning actor, who turns 61 on December 18, believes Christmas “won’t be the same” if he doesn’t spend some time with his children. A source told Page Six.
“Brad misses his kids and wants to have a closer relationship with them, especially with the holidays and his birthday coming up this month,” the insider says.
Pitt and his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, from whom he divorced in 2019, have six children: Maddox (23), Pax (21), Zahara (19), Shiloh (18) and twins Knox and Vivienne (16 years old).
The publication previously reported that the actor was “offended” that Shiloh officially dropped his last name after making the official request on his 18th birthday in May. “They used to have a good relationship but that is in the past and it breaks her heart. “Brad thinks Angelina is turning her children against him,” the source said.
Recall that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie met on the set of the movie “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” and announced their love in 2006. They got married eight years later. However, Pitt and Jolie’s happiness did not last long – in 2016 it became known that the stars decided to break up. And just seven years later, last summer, they finally finalized their divorce.
Brad is currently in a relationship with Ines de Ramon, ex-wife of The Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley. Jolie was seen together with rapper Akala more than once, but later it became clear that there was only friendship between them.
