“A preventive measure was chosen in the form of a ban on certain actions in relation to my client Alexei Dolmatov. The court rejected the request to detain the investigation. We are grateful to the court and the prosecutor’s office for being objective in choosing preventive measures,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
