Olivia Munn and John Mulaney have announced a new addition to their family, posting a photo with their little girl on social media.

The 44-year-old actress and her 42-year-old husband enlisted the help of a surrogate mother. “May June Mulaney was born September 14, 2024 in the year of the dragon,” Mann wrote under a photo of herself sitting on her husband’s lap in the hospital room. John Mulaney also shared a similar post.

The Predator star spoke about the deep emotions she experienced in connection with the birth of her daughter. The fact is that after a series of complex operations due to oncology, Olivia lost the ability to have children on her own. The actress said that the surrogate mother treated her with great understanding. The star called her her angel.

“I am so proud of my little plum, my little dragon, for deciding to be with us. My heart is overflowing with happiness,” Olivia wrote. As for her daughter’s cute nickname, she explained that the name “Mei” means “Plum” in Chinese.

The famous couple kept their new addition to the family a secret. We previously wrote that the actress decided to have a hysterectomy for the sake of her son Malcolm, as the side effects of drug treatment left her completely bedridden. The celebrity said that she kept her illness a secret, but spoke about it in the hope that it would help others find comfort and support. Olivia Munn also said that she froze her eggs before the surgery, and that she would definitely be a mother again.
