The release date for the fourth season of producer Shonda Rhimes’ “Bridgerton” series has been announced. Deadline reports this.

The series will be released in January 2026. Viewers can watch the first four episodes on January 29, and the remaining episodes on February 26.
The new season will be adapted from Julia Quinn’s third novel, A Gentleman’s Proposal. The plot will focus on the romantic streak of Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson. Her character, Lady Violet, will meet the “lady in silver” Sophie Beck, played by Erin Ha, at Bridgerton’s masquerade ball.

In the fourth season, fans will once again see Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton), Victor Alley (Lord John Stirling), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), Julie Andrews (Lady Whistledown), Lorraine Ashbourne (Mrs. Varley) and other favorite actors.
Let us recall that the project, based on Julia Quinn’s novels, was first released on Netflix in December 2020 and became an instant hit. It currently has three seasons available; the fourth will arrive in 2026, and seasons five and six are officially in production.
By the way, the first images from the filming have already appeared on the Internet, and the main character shared the details of the continuation of her favorite show.
