SuperJob analysts found out how many Russians shed tears at work. It turned out that every third person surveyed does this. Women cry most often (52%), and 7% of men are ready to express their sad feelings in this way, RIA Novosti writes.
Accordingly, 15% of the participants stated that they cried repeatedly and for various reasons, 13% only because of professional problems, and 5% only because of their private lives. Those who cried the most at work were account managers, teachers, educators, and salespeople. The majority of the participants did not allow themselves to shed tears at work.
Interestingly, it turned out that Russians under the age of 34 are more tolerant of tears. As the age and salary of the respondents increase, the number of those who demand self-control increases. Thus, 42% of the respondents are sure that crying at work is unacceptable. One in ten people believe that tears are forgivable only for women.
