Shelton, 48, shared a selfie with Stefani, 54, and added the short caption to the post: “Happy Anniversary! I love you!”
Recall that Blake, 45, and Gwen, 51, began dating in 2015 after serving as mentors on NBC’s The Voice. Both were divorced: Blake from Miranda Lambert and Gwen from Gavin Rossdale. The couple announced their engagement in October 2020.
