Our citizens named the songs with which they went to the store. It turns out that some buyers have a special playlist for this. Some choose compositions related to food and drink. The most listened to song was “Call” by DJ Smash & Nivesta.

In addition, the songs “Two Pieces of Sausage” performed by “Combination”, “In the Bars” by ANNA ASTI and “The Men Ate Meat” performed by “The King and the Jester” were also among the popular songs.
The results of the research were shared with “Snob” by X5 Club analysts. Almost 70 percent of Russians go to the market while listening to music. 56.4% of them contain mood-appropriate tracks, and 30.7% are satisfied with random compositions. 12.8% of those surveyed prepare a special playlist before going grocery shopping.
Interestingly, 29.4% listen to music in a store to isolate themselves from strangers, and 7.8% to avoid falling for marketers’ tricks. A third of shoppers don’t like music being played on speakers in supermarkets, and 24.5% don’t notice it at all.
The majority of Russians (60.6%) listen to pop artists while shopping. 49% prefer rock, 30% electronic music and only 10% folk music. 7.2% of survey respondents play K-pop with headphones.
