The court partially granted the demands of Daria Zoteeva (real name of the artist) Note ed.). According to the decision, Yarushin must remove the video along with the cover version, pay the plaintiff two million rubles and cover his legal expenses.
Yarushin confirmed the transactions with Instasamka. “When two women fight, the man is on the extreme side. This is their relationship, but for some reason it affected me,” Stas explained in an interview with VOICE.
The actor added that he did not contact Daria to discuss the cause of the conflict. According to the college star, he didn’t even know about the hearing. Yarushin stated that he held no grudge against Zoteeva and that the lawyers would sort everything out.
