On the national day of mourning, a “Memorial Candle” event began in the concert hall of the collapsed Crocus City Hall in memory of those who lost their lives in the tragedy. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

An action is currently taking place in Crocus City Hall, where participants light hundreds of candles and create the sentence “We mourn the death of 22.03.2024”. There is a protrusion of flying cranes on the wall, the same is now displayed on buildings in many Russian cities. The design of the event is related to the composition “Cranes” by the People’s Artist of the USSR Muslim Magomayev. The concert hall destroyed in the terrorist attack was named after the artist.
Let us remind you that March 24 was declared a national day of mourning in Russia for those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this in his speech to citizens yesterday. Additionally, authorities in Nicaragua, Abkhazia and Republika Srpska declared national mourning as a sign of solidarity with Russia.
