In memory of those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall near Moscow, states express their solidarity with the people of Russia in difficult times. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and the National Oil Company’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi were painted in the colors of the Russian flag last night.


Following the terrorist attack in the Moscow region, the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs said: “Canada is horrified by the horrific images coming from Krasnogorsk. Canada condemns these horrific attacks. “We offer our condolences to the families of the innocent victims and wish a speedy recovery to those injured.”
Italian President Sergio Mattarella: “The brutal terrorist attack in Moscow requires the strongest condemnation. “Violence against all innocent victims must be accompanied by disgust and contempt.”
Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs: “We strongly condemn the attack on civilians. “I offer my condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims.”
Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs: “We express our solidarity with the victims, their relatives and the Russian people. “Spain condemns all forms of violence.”
UN Deputy Spokesperson Farhan Haqa said: “The Secretary-General expresses his deepest condolences to the families of the victims, the people and the government of the Russian Federation. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured.”
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev: “I strongly condemn this terrorist act and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to you, the entire Russian people, and the families and friends of the victims. “I wish a speedy recovery to everyone injured,” he said.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko: “Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, On behalf of the Belarusian people and on my own behalf, I offer my most sincere condolences regarding the terrible terrorist attack that took place in the concert hall of the Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region. “Civilians suffered as a result.”
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov also sent a telegram expressing his condolences.
The governments of China, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Argentina, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Palestine, Syria and many other countries also expressed their condolences to Russia.
Additionally, authorities in Nicaragua, Abkhazia and Republika Srpska declared national mourning as a sign of solidarity with Russia.
