TikTok users have no shortage of ideas when it comes to beauty. On the platform you can expect the best or the worst! After the strainer to form graceful curls or the hairdryer to obtain longer and more defined eyelashes… Another trend is establishing itself. The latter aims to use the top part of a broccoli previously dipped in bronzer in order to create false freckles.
A rather effective method to obtain a natural result
If we don’t know who might have developed or even thought of this technique, we have to admit itit is quite effective for obtaining a natural and homogeneous result. And it’s such a success that hundreds of videos containing the hashtag “broccoli freckles” are starting to use this method on the Chinese social network.
And the waste?
If the method works very well, a question arises: what do we do with the piece of broccoli once it is used? Not all TikTokers agree on the topic. Some people just cut a very small piece of broccoli so they can use it to create freckles on their face. Others admit to cleaning the used piece, boiling it and ending up… eating it.
While we don’t doubt the effectiveness of these methods, using an old makeup brush that has had some hairs removed to make it more sparse would perhaps be a better idea to create the ideal brush for creating fake freckles…
